My extender was working great until a few days ago. It disconnected my from my xbox one and now won't reconnect. Any time I try to connect, i get a message saying my xbox can't get an IP address. I've exhausted my limited knowledge trying to get this working. Any advice is much appreciated.

I suggest that you try rebooting the network. Turn off the router, extender, and xbox. Then power up and boot the router, followed by the extender, and finally the xbox.

The LEDs are all green. I'm able to connect my phone and smart tv to the extender, and I'm able to connect my xbox to my original network. It's jus not as strong which is why I bought the extender

So you can connect with other devices, but the xbox isn't seeing the extender wifi???
