Ex3700 - 5 GHz not working
Hi,
I am having the same problem as other users with regards to the 5g connection. The extender shows connected to the router but the 5g range is then not broadcasting. Some devices can connect to the 5gExt SSID but then will not have internet access. Others fail to connect completely (time out).
I have changed the router channel & run the smart setup several times but it does not make any difference.
Firmware is: V1.0.0.58_1.0.38 (Apologies I don't know if that is the latest or not as every time I try to check online for a new version I get the message that I am not connected to the extender network, despite the fact I am connected to the 2.4g at the time.)
Any further suggestions would be welcome!

You may want to contact Support if you have already tried to factory reset the extender and set it up again and still having the same issue.
