Ex3700 connection failure

Using an EX3700 with web browser setup. I am able to go through the setup wizard but it refuses to connect to my 5G. I know the password is correct. I have done the factory reset and tried again with the same result.

    What router do you have? 

    What firmware is on the extender? 

    It connects to 2.4ghz fine?

      Hi I'm connecting to a Hitron CGNM 2250 modem. During setup connection to the 2G appears to work, but the extender doesn't provide internet access for either bandwidth. I'm not sure about my firmware.

        Did you follow the wps method of install or using the installation assistant?
