EX6150 net genie site will not let me set up new user

I recently had to move my extender that had been working for years. When I plugged it back into the socket nothing would connect and on all phones & pcs, brought up a netgear logon screen. No username or password would work. I reset the extender, now on all devices when trying to set it up when i go to wifiext it has new user setup. I enter the info and the click the next button nothing happens. On my phones it just takes you back to the new user setup page again but does not let you click to go in and sign up again.
