EX6150/AC1200 WiFi range extender

Hi All,

I have a little problem with my Ex6150 Range extender. I have configured it creating 2 new SSID (adding a "_1" to router original SSID name).

In total I have 4 SSID (2 for 2,4Ghz and 2 for 5Ghz network). 

I have also connected one ethernet cable on the extender connecting a fixed PC to it (the ethernet cable is connected to 5ghz WiFi).

If I connect a wireless system with the 2.4 Ghz SSID generated by the extender, it doesn't visible from the Fixed PC (ping, configuration page, etc.) and, in general, from all the network. If I connect it to original SSID (2.4 Ghz) I don't have any problem.

 
 
Could there be any wrong settings?

    Hi semola1,

                          What firmware version are you running currently on your EX6150? Do check for update if any and see if that resolve your issue.

      I'm updated the firware with last version (V1.0.0.34_1.0.69) about two weeks ago, but the problem is still there.

        Hi semola1,

                               Try to reset and reconfigure the extender to see if you still witness the issue.
