iphone and ipad can not get connectoin with ac1200

  • Hardware Version: EX6120
  • Firmware Version: V1.0.0.42_1.0.27

I have trouble in connecting my iphone (ios 12.1) and ipad  but my mac bookpro has no problem to connect it what ever 5G or 2.4G.

 

The error say no internet connection and after a long time give a random ip.

 

I tried to reset the ex6120 by wps or cable, nothing changed.

      Thank you for your input. Today I figured out the reason. iphone and ipad have reserved IP address. After removing them from the reserved pool, all can get ip now. I thank the bug is that ac1200 can not handle this situation.

        I removed the device’s from conservation ip pool.
