Netgear wifi extender password ex2700

There is a password to enter the setting of my WiFi booster, I never made a password and iv tried admin password as the default and they haven’t worked. I have also tried the factory reset button and this did absolutely nothing. I need to get into the setting so that I can change a few thing however there is nothing I can do and without this I cannot use my pc. Anyone got any suggest need help ASAP.
