netgear WN2000RPT firmware update - error firmware region! Any solution?
I have a WN2000RPT Wifi Range Extender which is currently running firmware version V1.0.0.24IC. As far as I can tell, it is a v1.
According to the status panel, the region is "United States".
I am trying to update the firmware. I see 2 files/versions, one for North America (WN2000RPT-V1.0.1.24NA.img) the other for elsewhere (WN2000RPT-V1.0.1.24.img). No matter which one I try, I get the a firmware region error.
I have looked all over and can't find a solution. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance for the assistance.

Based on the existing v1.0.0.24, and the list of Previous Versions, I suspect it's a WN2000RPTv3 – N300 Universal WiFi Range Extender

Thank you very much for the suggestion - however that didn't help for me.
I downloaded the latest firmware for the v3 - 1.0.1.34. When I tried to upload that file "WN2000RPTv3-V1.0.1.34.img", I get an error "Error upgrade file module name! (Module name is "WN2000RPT")"
For kicks, I tried to rename img file, removing the v3 from the name, then I am back to the "error firmware region!" error.
Just in case - this is too much of a jump in firmware versions, I tried the same 2 things with the WN2000RPTv3-V1.0.1.4 firmware, and got the same results.
Thank you again for the help, but I am still stuck and unable to do the firmware upgrade.
See below for the relevant portion of the status screen of my device.

I was hoping that I would be able to get a solution for this, now my hope is fading (unfortunately).
