New EX7300 cannot connect to admin page after firmware update

Just set this unit up. Working...next login to admin I downloaded the new software/firmware, now cannot access the setup page. I did factory reset three times, no joy.

 

I cannot get my free support because...the product is not listed in my account and I cannot register the product because it says it's already registered so... All I can think is to drop kick this thing back to Amazon.

 

The support website endless loop is infuriating.

      Dear support,

       

      Not sure if others had similar, but after similar steps I eneded up with new firmware, but on login screen it looks like the "login" button does not triggers any action, and I cannot login to the settings.

       Similarly, after doin a factory reset, the "setup new device" button does not starts any sort of action. I tried the login screen both on Edge browser and Chrome, same results. My local settings are hungarian, not sure if that has anything to do with the function. I simply seem like regarldess if I enter my email + passowrd, nothing happens upon "login" button push.
