Nighthawk AX8 AX6000 can not connect to internet for 2.4 GHZ channel

I purchased the Nighthawk AX8 at 15 Dec 2021, recently this router can not connect to internet by 2.4 GHZ channel.

As I make the different name for 2.4 and 5 GHZ channel.

 

The 5GHZ channel works fine.

 

I tried to reset the Nighthawk  AX8 so many times, but the issue still same.

 

Also i do not know why my Nighthawk  AX8 does not has any support and warranty, as i just purchased it for less than half year.

    1. what firmware is on it? 

    2. what method of setup did you use? wps, setup with the app, setup with the installation assistant? 

    3. what router did you connect it to?

      sorry, i can not find the Firmware version.

      i am using mywifiext web page to setup the wifi extend.

      Also i click the Firmware update from mywifiext, it is the latest version.

      I use it to connect to Vodafone wifi hub 2.0.

       

      every time, after i reset the ax8, the connection works fine. but after sometime. i will lost the internet connection.

        Have you went into the vodafone device and set it up with a static address? 

        I've seen tons of issues with that router. ISP routers aren't that great of devices.
