NIGHTHAWK EX7000 AC1900 WI-FI RANGE EXTENDER WON'T CONNECT TO NIGHTHAWK APP

Question

The Nighthawk app sees my SSID from the Nighthawk Ex7000 Ac1900 Wi-Fi Range Extender but will not connect.&nbsp; The range extender is working properly, devices are connected and operating but the Nighthawk app will not connect.&nbsp; Suggestions?

Yes.&nbsp; The web browser access works fine.&nbsp; The App will not connect.&nbsp; I just get a blank screen.&nbsp; I know this is not crucial since I have web access.&nbsp; Just trying to get it to work.

Clearing cache/data on the app?

Only have the one device.&nbsp; I cleared the cache and started from scratch.&nbsp; It appears to need to complete set up with a different SSID then what I already have configured.&nbsp; It sees my SSID but will not log in.
