Nighthawk EX8000 NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE AFTER REGISTERING

I registered my mesh modem, filling out all the boxes. The website recognizes that the product is registered. BUT when I try to get some of my 90 day support, I get sent around in circles to register my product to get support. Then it says product is already registered. When I click on "Get Support" I get the attached page, that is totally useless as far as being able to contact "Help"

This seems like a cruel ring of hell, designed to deny me the ability to get support. 

Some help would be appreciated, or back to the store goes this product!!

    I agree it's way too hard.

     

    Did you try clicking on "my support" (on the screen you attached above)?

    Then click on the blue button that says "contact support".

    After that, either click on "replace my defective product" or "get help on my netgear product".

     

    Maybe also post your problem here, and see if we could help.

      Clicking the blue "Contact Support" button produces the page that I attached. Nothing produces any ability to get a chat, a phone number, an email box, NOTHING  Just a big circular parade of useless pages. If I click on "attach files..." button, it takes me to "log in page" and it all starts again. 

       

      This looks like a deliberate fraud to avoid having to supply support.
