VIRTUAL MAC ADDRESS

My EX8000 had connected the router of ASUS RT-AC5300 via 5G signal, and PC workstations are connected by LAN cable, after connected almost one day, PCs will have a virtual mac address and connected the internet normally. But regretly, it will cannot connect internet by EX8000 almost after one day, and it found that the EX8000's virtual mac address lost, I tried to restart the EX8000, it will become normally again, but the problem would be loop and loop after day by day, I am using firmware version V1.0.1.180 now and tried the latest version firmware but the problems are same, could please advise how to fix the problem? Thanks.

    Hello Degas,

    1. Please ensure your extender is on the latest FW and observe

    2. Do you have MAC address filtering or access control enabled on your router?
