WN2500RP - Pot forwarding?
I've been using a WNDR3700 with a few cameras. I use port forwarding to get to each camera remotely.
I just added a WN2500RP extender.
Can I connect cameras to extender? and do I need to re-establish port forwarding?
I'm a bit confused conceptually.
Thanks

Thanks. So I would connect cameras to new SSID of the extender, and everything else stays the same I believe. The camera IP addresses are fixed and stay the same, the router still forwards the respective port to each cameras IP address now through the extender.
Think I got that right. Maybe I'm over thinking this. - jmizoguchiVirtuosoAs long as you can reach with whatever IP is the then you it's working.. and that IP is still need to forwarded

I am trying to port froward from my netgear WNDR3400v2 to WN2500RPv2 then to my computer at 192.168.1.10. I cannot find a way to forward from the WN2500RPv2 to my computer. I can only port forward with the WNDR3400v2 to the computer. But that is not working. Can either of you help? I see this is an old thread but nothing else is online to help.
