If you are trying to log into the WN3000RP via Wi-Fi, then you must be joined to its Wi-Fi network in order for mywifiext.net to work. If the extender is broadcasting the same SSID name as your main router, then a Wi-Fi client has a choice between joining via the extender or router. If a client joins via the router, then mywifext.net won't work.
If you didn't wire the WN3000RP directly to the main router, then you can connect a computer to the extender's Ethernet port. mywifiext.net should work.

Hi. TheEther
Thanks for your reply. I must say I don't have a computer only one iPad and Smart tv. I'm a brain stroke survivor living in a institucion with out ace to the router I'm paralyzed with very little help. Please say things in plain English because I'm computer illiterate, please try your best. Thank You.
Ok, let's start with a simple question.
Is the name of the extender's Wi-Fi network the same or different than the router's?
