Cannot access https://readyshare.netgear.com to register the hard drive attached to my router.

I am trying to register my HDD in the admin panel and I notice that they want me to have an account with readyhare. I created a readycloud account and when I put in my credentials in the admin panel, nothing happends. If I click on create account, it brings me to https://readyshare.netgear.com, but the domain does not resolve. Anyone know how I can remotely access my drive?

    Where do you see this?

Readyshare is a local thing that you set up in the router's browser interface.

\\readyshare is the address on your local network.

There is a manual for the device somewhere at the end of this link:

    >>>>> WNDR4500 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<<

    See page 22.

         And ReadyCLOUD isn't.

And http://readycloud.netgear.com is where you access ReadyCLOUD, I
      gather.

            http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/en/router-setup.html

I don't use this stuff, so I know nothing, but what, exactly, does
"the domain does not resolve" mean?  Around here, I can resolve it:

      ALP $ nslookup readycloud.netgear.com
      [...]
      Name:    d2g6syc9g3rsz0.cloudfront.net
      Address:  13.33.167.150
      Aliases:  readycloud.netgear.com

And browsing to http://readycloud.netgear.com seems to work.  (Was
that true a day or two ago?  I thought that I tried it before, and
got a different IP address, and no response from the server.  Possibly
false-memory syndrome, but you might want to try it all again.)

When I log into my router, I have a Readyshare tab. In the section, I have three options:

        Basic
ReadySHARE Cloud (Allows you to access ReadySHARE Storage from anywhere)
        ReadySHARE Printer

WHen I choose ReadySHARE Cloud, I am prompted with this:

The ReadySHARE Cloud feature gives you remote access over the Internet to a USB storage device that is connected to your router's USB port.

How to Set Up ReadySHARE Cloud

Step 1: You need a ReadySHARE Cloud account. If you do not have one, click here to get one.

Step 2: On this page, enter your ReadySHARE Cloud user name and password to register your router and the USB device that is connected to it with your account.

Step 3: Log back into http://readyshare.netgear.com/ with your account. You should see the USB device that is connected to your router.

Step 4: The first time, you are asked to download a Windows client, which is used to make a secure connection from your PC to the router's USB device. Log into this client and you can access the USB device from anywhere.

Note: Without this client, you can browse your USB device contents but you cannot open files or make changes to them

When I click on the URL:

http://readyshare.netgear.com/ , it does not load for me (resolve).

I have a ReadyCloud account and at the bottom of the router page, I can enter my user name and password, but when I click on "register" it does nothing.

I just want to access my connected drive remotely.
