Cannot access router management

Question

I have not been able to access the router management page using a computer or mobile app since lately.&nbsp; I have tried chrome, safarit, firefox and the Genie app.&nbsp; I even tried my laptop hard wired ethernet.&nbsp; This is a cable modem/router combination.&nbsp; I did try to power cycle it last night but I got the same results when it came back online.&nbsp; It works fine for internet, but I do like to have access to the router managemnet occasionaly.&nbsp;&nbsp;

You have the C6300?
did you try using its ip address? or using the routerlogin address?
Try 192.168.1.1
or&nbsp;
192.168.100.1

Yes the model is C6300.&nbsp; I tried that router IP and routerlogin.net in different web browsers.&nbsp; It has always has been 192.168.0.1.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Have you tried a factory reset?&nbsp;
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?
