      Hi Dexter,

sorry for late reply but the problem is not yet resolved

      To answer your questions
      1. The firmware version of my router is V 1.1.0.64

      2. All the devices which were connected initially with 2.4 GHz frequency are not able to connect to the same. The 2 frequencies have been named separately.
The name of 2.4 GHz frequency was changed but it is kept same for 5 MHz as provided.
On the genie app it shows both the frequencies have same number of devices connected. (Screenshots attached)

      3. The issue is only with 2.4 GHz band. It shows in the WiFi available but is unable to connect even after entering the password again & again.

      4. For resting the router , I just switched it off and restarted again but no success.

      5. How to proceed with changing the channel? Kindly guide.

      Thanks a lot.

Trying to attach the screen shot of both the frequency connections but it seems that only photo can be uploaded.

Will send another photo later .
