Macbook Pro M1 2020
iPad Pro 2019
iPhone 12 Pro Max
Using 5ghz and keeping an eye in neighbourhood channels.
Speedtest by Ookla
Server: Adamo - Madrid (id = 1680)
ISP: Yoigo
Latency: 5.81 ms (0.74 ms jitter)
Download: 164.33 Mbps (data used: 195.6 MB)
Upload: 420.82 Mbps (data used: 348.9 MB)
Packet Loss: 0.0%
Why this difference download vs upload? I have 600mbps with ISP (with cable is not a problem).

What modem/gatway are you using?
Did you try other servers? speedtest doesn't always choose the best server.
did you try factory resetting and reinstalling the router? Make sure to test it in default configuration. its a bit of an older router so make sure during the install to leave qos, access controls, parental controls, and traffic monitoring all disabled.
- victorsoyvictorAspirantHi,
I’m using ZTE F680, which also does something similar with WIFI connection speed (~120down/~400up)
It is driving me crazy, I don’t touch anything in the Netgear, only changed IP and disabled DHCP from default (not even the default pass lol )So the device the netgear is connected to (and getting its signal from) has the same issue?
That'd seem to imply the ZTE was the bottleneck and creating the issue since the netgear has to connect through the zte.
