Netgear WNDR3400V2 router wont connect to internet after a reset

So I have a netgear wndr3400v2.  I recently reset my modem, router and switch.  After the reset, the router does not connect.  Initially, I had the modem connect through the switch, then the router.  After the reset, it did not, so i tried to connect directly from the modem to the router and it still did not work.

Finally i tried to connect directly from the modem and it did not work initially, but then I called comcast and had them reset my MAC id and then it worked being directly connected to the modem.  However, when i connect from there to the router or switch it does not work.

I then went into the genie and updated the firmware (downloaded while connected to the modem directly).  I also factory reset my router.  Still no dice.  Any advice would be helpful.  Thanks!
