Now Receiving Vulnerability Security Alert for CVE-2013-0230 and CVE 2013-0229 for R6100 Router
When running my Avast Network scan, it detected a suspected vulnerability with the firmware of my JR6100 Netgear router and the message advised me to look for an update of the firmware for my wireless router. However, when searching for the update, I received a message saying that my firmware was up to date with the latest release of 1.0.1.10. Will there be any release patches for this "vulnerability" for my wireless router? Has anyone else faced this type of issue with their Netgear router?

Dark_Knight16 What's the exact model number of the router you have?
Is it JNR6100 or R6100?
I suggest that you submit this inquiry to our security team at techsupport.security@netgear.com.
You may also report this vulnerability at https://bugcrowd.com/netgear.
ElaineM It is the model R6100 wifi router
and how would I be able to report the vulenerability to the bugreport website. I was able to sign up but don't know how to proceed in reporting this bug? Any help would be appreciated with this.

There's an option there to submit a test report and follow the instructions from there.
