R6300v2 "online" night does not light up and no internet
R6300v2 was working great up until yesterday. Today the internet/online light no longer lights up and I cannot connect to the internet. Modem is working fine. Can connect to WiFi but no internet access. Suggestions?

1. Have you tried changing the cable connecting the modem to the router?
2. You can also try doing a loopback test to check if the Internet/WAN port is working. This link may help out.

Have you tried rebooting the whole network in the correct order?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug the modem.
- Turn off the modem router and computers.
- Plug in the modem and turn it on. Wait 2 minutes.
- Turn on the modem router and wait 2 minutes.
- Turn on the computers.

Thanks for the reply michaelkenward. Yes, I tried the recommended procedure twice.
Still have no access to internet via the router.
