R6400 port forwarding help

Click on the Advanced tab and look at the IP address under the Internet Port panel. That address must be a public IP address. If it's not, then there's another router upstream of the R6400. There could be a router in the modem or your ISP could be performing CGNAT. In either case, port forwarding won't work unless you can change the setup.
If you don't know whether the IP address is public or not, report back with the first half of the address.
