I UPLOADED THE WRONG FIRMWARE To My ROUTER DOES ANYONE KNOW THE RIGHT ONE THANK YOU

Off with the cap-lock key, no need to shout. Go to the Downloads section above and feed in the model number of your router.

Strongly recommend your use a manual update method like described here: https://kb.netgear.com/23960/How-do-I-manually-update-the-firmware-on-my-NETGEAR-router
Avoid automatic updates or updates via an application on a mobile device.
