AC1750 Smart WIFI Router - Restarting frequently after firmware Upgrade

Hi Team, I have purchased AC1750 Smart WIFI Router on 6th Dec 2018, it worked fine till the last firmware upgrade. It is restarting quite frequently. Could you please help us. Serial number : 59B3887WA0299 Product: R6400v2

It is an R6400v2. AC1750 is a wifi speed.

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

Have you tried a factory reset?

How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support

If you visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.

It will also have any firmware and drivers for your device.

Look for the model number on the label on the device.

Check the section in the manual on updating the firmware.

Check the troubleshooting section in the manual.

      Hi Team,

As per my initial validation, AC1750 Smart WIFI Router is power cycling continuously if i connect iPad2 to the wifi broadcasted by the router. Could you please guide me steps to connect iPad2 with iOS 9.3.6. to the wifi provided by AC1750 Smart WIFI Router

      Router firmware version - V1.0.4.84_10.0.58

      iPad2 -  iOS 9.3.6.

Read  my response  – there is no such things as an AC1750.

You can say the same thing over and over again, but without adding some useful information you are not going to get much further.

If you want Netgear to respond, use the official support system.

        Contact NETGEAR Support

        This place is essentially user-to-user.

        Good luck.
