DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
hi,
My firmware version is V1.0.4.84_10.1.84, but i have the issue DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN , this error appear on all webpages on multiple browsers, it is a very uncomfortable problem.
I read in this forum that the solution is go back to a previous version. Which version?
Please somebody can send this issue to Developer Netgear Team?.
There are many users with this issue, Netgear not patch this issue in a new firmware version, go back to a previous version is not the solution, do not protect the users of the vulnerabilities.
regards

Netgears aware of the issue. Not sure whats being worked on.
Some fixed it by simply enabling ipv6 and rebooting the router.
Have you tried this?
Others just downgrade a version of firmware.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
Yes i tried uploading 2 old versions but the router dont go back to these versions.
When you refer enable IPv6, this is the work around?
** internet Connection Type from "Disabled" to "6to4Tunnel", the rest I just left as automatic, applied and also rebooted the PC **
thanks

v.62 or v.68 are working older versions of FW that can be used.

Yes, I had similar DNS problems.
My solve/resolve tied back into ENABLING IPv6 under the advance settings. See my thread below
With latest version of the firmware V1.4.3.88_1.3.50 and factory reset.
Hope this helps you!
