How close are you to the router? What's in between you and the router?

And that modem is?
Which R6700 is this? The V number?
ac1750 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.- daveritchieazAspirant
r6350 is the model ...

Thank you for providing next to no answers to my questions.
I quote (see above):

Not the most advanced router on the shelf, especially for GB broadband. Not even a Nighthawk, so this isn't the place to look for discussions related to that device:
You might get better and quicker replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk) - NETGEAR Communities
In the meantime, ensure that you don't have anything like QoS or traffic metering turned on.
