Normally I rent the equipment from my ISP but I hate eero (which is the only option for renting) and want to get away from it because it's only controlled via apps and I don't do apps. I need som...
If on Fiber, most ISP have router combo units or Fiber ONT only units.
If your going to be on Fiber, would be best to use the ISPs ONT only unit that the ISP is responsible for maintaining, then go with something external WiFI router that you can managed. Stand alone or MESH if you want something with wider coverage.
