Netgear R8000 - USB Storage and Samsung led tv
Hello everyone
I have a router with a USB R8000 1TB disk and a LED TV Samsung F5500 model with the latest update. When I want to watch movies on the disc appear sometimes shared folders and other times not appear.
But the fundamental problem is that when I get to see a movie, shows 3 seconds and then restarts ... belies any movie.
I access via WIFI. And the TV is next to the router that is that I have excellent signal.
Anyone know how to fix?
I've always had problems with the R8000 and its official firmware and Samsung AllShare.
Please I'm desperate!

1. Can you access the files or movies when using a computer?
2. What is the file format of your drive?
3. Can you try to use a different USB drive and see if the same problem?
4. What is the firmware version of the router?

Yes, I can to access using a computer

Format is NTFS
3. Can you try to use a different USB drive and see if the same problem?
I cant, i have not another usb drive
4. What is the firmware version of the router?
the firmware is V1.0.3.4_1.1.2

1. Is the Samsung TV connected via wired or wireless?
2. If it is wireless, is it on 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?
