Night Hawk App

I have the AC1900 Night Hawk router. But when I try to access it with the iOS Night Hawk app, it says the app isn’t supported. Is there a selection in the genie that I need to make?

"AC1900" is a speed, not a model number.  Ever helpful, Netgear
product packaging emphasizes speeds like "ACxxxx", but that's not the
model identifier.  Look at the product label.

       Assuming that that's accurate:

       I don't see "R7300DST" in that list.

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

There is a manual for the R7300DST somewhere at the end of this link:

    >>>>> R7300DST | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<<
