Nighthawk X6 R8000 Router Firmware Update Issue
There is no way for my router to update the firmware.
Tried Router Update / A router firmware upgrade is avaliable with no luck. Please help. Thanks.

Make sure to unzip the downloaded file. The file that should be loaded on the router has the .chk extension.

Hard to understand what you are saying without the picture that has yet to arrive.
The user manual tells you how to do a manual firmware flash:

The firmware downloaded from Netgear support should be valid. However, the update is not working.
