No Wifi on R9000

Question

Hi,&nbsp;My friend bricked his R9000, so I unbricked it and seeing Netgear Genie page after connecting it to my laptop over LAN Cable. But I can't find the router over Wifi, I see default SSID and password on the router control panel connected over LAN cable.Here are all the steps I have did so far:&nbsp;1. Installed very first FW that was available on Netgear site&nbsp;2. Changed the password3. Updated to latest FW4. Updated the default SSID5. Restarted the Router6. Seeing following lights Power, 2.4GHz, 60GHz&nbsp;Note: One of the antenna's is broken, not sure if that effects the Wifi.I haven't connected any internet cable to the router, just want to see SSID over Wifi&nbsp;Let me know how to debug, fix this issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Does it appear when you press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release?&nbsp;
What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Doesn't appear even after a reset, tried it a few times.Currently on FW&nbsp;1.0.5.42.&nbsp;

Has any other FW like DD-WRT been loaded on this router?&nbsp;
Try a 30-30-30 reset on the router.&nbsp;
Also might try a TFTP re-load of the FW. Might try Voxels FW as well.

If these don't work, let me know, theres one last resort item to try.

Happy New year !!!&nbsp;My friend did try to install DD-WRT but I'm not aware if that caused this issue in the first place, it was not successful&nbsp;based on the router's control panel being unavailable.&nbsp;I tried 30-30-30 rest, there wasn't any change. So I moved to installing FW both Official and&nbsp;Voxel's, still no luck.&nbsp;&nbsp;Let me know the last resort item, hope that works&nbsp;&nbsp;

Sadly, they may have broken your router.
&nbsp;
If you need to backtrack and restore the device to the Netgear firmware, you'll have to talk to the people who write DD-WRT. Netgear doesn't support that and can't/won't help.
