R6400v2 Firmware Version 1.0.4.1.120

This firmware has caused the same issue as described in the following discussion:

https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Routers-with-WiFi-6-AX/This-Site-Can-t-Be-Reached-issue/m-p/2132332#M21152

The symptom is that you get a page "This site can't be reached", then it will try to reload the page and is usually successful. Some times you have to manually reload the page for it to load.

This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. It would be appreciated to get a reply when this issue has been acknowledged and corrected. In the meantime, I'm downgrading to version 1.0.4.106, which was working properly.

Thank you.

quite a few posts on this issue across multiple product lines.

    Thanks for posting.

Hopefully the more posts, the more mods that see it and direct the engineering teams at it

Same issues. I downgraded back to V1.0.4.106_10.0.80 since the latest firmware as of this writing was causing the timeout issues as many have mentioned. According to my family the internet went out a couple of times.

I complained to Netgear about it on Twitter and after a couple of days they responded that they wanted to contact me about the issue. Well, considering that I mentioned that there's posts in the community forum, honestly they could just check here instead.

I plan to go back to ASUS when I get the funds to replace this router.
