R6700v3 No WebGui and no App after update

Hi all,

 

after the latest update of the router, I have no access to the GUI any longer (not using the static IP, not using www.routerlogin.net, not HTTP, not HTTPS, not in Safari, not in Chrome, not in Firefox. The error I get is: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

 

A test using curl confirmed: curl: (52) Empty reply from server

 

In addition to that, the Nighthawk App in iOS tells me, that my password would be incorrect (which is impossible, since I use 1Password and used it to login to update....)

 

The good thing is, it still works, so Wifi is up and running.

 

(I cannot tell the exact version I updated to, last saturday, but I believe it is the lastest, since I check & update every month.)

 

Any suggestion how to get that thing into a fully working state again?
