R8000 not providing WiFi. Lights blinking.

Had a power surge which knocked my router out. When it came back there's no WIFI and only lights blinking in sequence from orange to whites at bottom then to all then orange.

Factory reset don't help.

In which there's a link to a particularly old KB article (19841).
Also, on a Mac, the ping command suggested there will run forever (or
until manually interrupted, typically by Ctrl/C).  For behavior similar
to that on Windows, use a command like the following:

            ping -c 4 192.168.1.1
