R8000 Xfinity Slow speed

Question

Any one having or had slow speeds with their R8000 and xfinity comcast? I should be getting close to 400 meg but both wired/wirless are capping out at around 100 meg or less. Plugged stragign into Modem provides way better speeds.

Qos, Access control, Parentental controls are all disabled.

I have downgreaded firmware and reset the router with no luck. Currentnly on Verision 1.0..4.28. Any guidance is greatly apprecaited.

I am having the same issue with comcast. I should have 1000Mbps and only getting 150 on wifi. Router shows the same speed when tested but on wifi it is much slower. Not sure what the problem is.&nbsp;

I was reading on here that it may be an issue with the firmware update and that a factory reset may help. I will try it out and update if it works.

I actually was on the latest firmware update.&nbsp; But read on a thread to revert to the 1.0.4.28 firware and do a factory reset.&nbsp; Howeve, still having the same issue. :(

Yea, i just did a factory reset went through the entire process and still very slow wifi speeds. Internet and router speeds are 900 and wifi is 60 really bad. Not sure what to do.&nbsp;

Yeah me either.&nbsp; &nbsp;Its really frustrating.&nbsp; This router is like 2 years old and was over $300.&nbsp; Some one from Netgear support need to attend all these firmware issues.&nbsp; Not sure whats going on.&nbsp;&nbsp;CUSTOMERSERVICE&nbsp;
