Replaced older NIGHTHAWK router with a newer one. Can't connect now
Was getting drops in connection from (SUSPECTED) old router. AC1900 Nighhawk. Bought a new one, the AC1900 DST, R7300DST set it up as said by the instructions. Now it wont connect. The WIFI is being seen, as I select either connection with password and it connects, then checks quality of connection and it said NO INTERNET. I rebooted everything, cant even access it with the GENIE as there is no connection. HELP???

Problem is SOLVED......... Defective router right out of the box... Thanks QA.
I took it back and upgraded to the AC2600 hooked right up no issues.... Who is QA at Netgear....???!?!?!

- ramhad3AspirantHave not tried wired yet. I re did the entire set up and my devices still ONLY connect to the router but have no internet. Wtf? I can connect to the genie on my phone and PC (wirelessly) but can only connect to genie not to the internet. Why is this so damn hard to get connected...... lights on router are... power, internet, 2.4g, 5g and wps/dust adapter sync are all white. The dust light is blue
The only ones blinking are internet and the 2.4 and 5g.

The modem is connected to router by a lan cable from the lan port of the modem to he yellow internet port of the router correct ?
What lights are lighting up and what color on the router?
