xr500 wirless issues

good morning after about 4/5 months that I kept the xr500 router in the drawer I decided to go back to using it.
how I attacked it started to work but it didn't give me access to the dumaos.
i tried to check and i noticed that my "netgear wifi" network was gone.
basically I can only connect to the internet without doing anything else.
I state that I tried to insert the new firmware with tftp but it does not work and I tried to do the hardware reset several times but with poor results.
how could i solve?
i have pc and console connected with the lan cable
