DHCPリクエストがVLANを跨いでしまう問題
Port Base の VLAN機能を設定して、Port1~Port6 を VLAN １、Port7~Port12 までを VLAN2 に設定しています。
DHCP クライアントと DHCPサーバ は、それぞれ、各 VLAN1, VLAN2 のなかでのみの通信になることを期待しています。サーバ、クライアントともにOS は Linux (CentOS) です。
具体例としては、VLAN1 に DHCPサーバ１、VLAN2 にDHCPサーバ２ を接続して、VLAN2 に DHCPクライアント2 を接続した場合に、DHCPクライアント2 に対しては、DHCPサーバ2のみが応答して、DHCPサーバ1は応答することがない。が期待動作です。
ところが、DHCPクライアント2 を起動しても DHCPクライアント2を操作して、VLAN2 内で通信ができないため、調べたところ、VLAN2 内のDHCPサーバ２は、DHCPリクエストを受け取っておらず、VLAN1 内のDHCPサーバ1が、DHCPリクエストを受け取って、IP Address をリリースしていました。 また、DHCPクライアント2 は、IP アドレスを受け取っていますが、そのアドレスに対して、VLAN1 及び VLAN2 に接続された機器からどちらからも通信することができ間ない状態です。
DHCP も Port Base の VLAN機能で、設定した VLAN Port ないのみへの通信になるはずですが、Port Base の VLAN の設定以外の項目で、追加の設定が必要でしょうか？

Reads like the VLAN2 and the ports related are not correctly configured as access ports, with the PVID set to 2. This is why the DHCP requests are sent and handled by the DHCP on VLAN 1 resp. the other way round for VLAN 2, where the access ports have to be set for PVID 1.
Really using a Port Based VLAN configuration? According to the problem, this looks like it's the much more flexible (and complex) 802.1Q VLAN set-up.

Configurationは添付のように設定しています。また、DHCPサーバ1 の接続を物理的に切る(LANケーブルを抜く)と、DHCPサーバ2が応答して、正しく IP Address が DHCPクライアント2に割り当てられます。

Also, if you physically disconnect DHCP Server 1 (unplug the LAN cable), DHCP Server 2 responds and correctly assigns an IP Address to DHCP Client 2.There is no other connection between these ports resp. the VLANs, e.g. on a computer connected to both VLANs resp. ports?
This would indicate a bug with the Basic VLAN configuration - this should not happen. Not sure how likely this is. Using the current firmware on your switch? Check https://www.netgear.com/support/product/xs512em#download and compare.
