Is there beta firmware for the RS90
Hi, is there beta firmware for the RS90 ? I just upgraded to this router. I am on FiOS 1 Gbps symmetrical down / up and am getting consistent 7-900 Mbps down but seem to be capping at 30 Mbps up. Did not have this problem with my previous and much older RAX54. I am on firmware 1.0.1.80
Any fixes you can suggest ?
Hi zeropointseven, I just PM you the link to the trial firmware which shoould have addressed the issue. Please let me know if that works for you. Thanks.

What is the brand and model# of the ISP modem or ONT that the router is connected too?
How are you speed testing? Using the onboard speed test or on a ethernet connected PC?
Be sure that Armor, Access Controls, SPC or Traffic Meter is disabled prior to speed testing.

The current RS100 and RS90 may still have the upload speed issue with some ONTs, let me get the trial firmware with the fix. Stay tuned.
Thank you both for the response.
I am with Verizon on 1 Gbps symmetrical FiOS service using an Alcatel Lucent I-211M-L ONT. It was connected to the RS90 via the provided in box RJ45 ethernet cable.
I've since reverted back to the RAX54 for the time being using the same new RJ45 cable and am getting wired speeds of 7-900 Mbps down / up and wireless speeds of 3-400 Mbps down / up.
I am speed testing using the Nighthawk app speed test wirelessly on my iPhone, Speedtest.net wireless and wired on my laptop, and also Speedtest.net wireless and wired on my desktop PC.
Armor (via app), Protection Engine (via web GUI), Access Controls and Traffic Meter are all disabled. I saw on some old forum posts that QoS may also affect this but seems the RS90 doesn't have much in the way of QoS features so I didn't find a setting to disable for this.
Look forward to the trial firmware if available ...

Thanks so much for the prompt look and turnaround providing the trial firmware. It worked a charm and am getting symmetrical down / up speeds on my connection now.
Cheers !
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Enjoy. 📡Thanks for the recommendation, I've saved a backup as well :) Cheers
