RS300 Samsung S24 Ultra pic text problem
My wife has a Samsung S24 Ultra connected using wifi to my newly acquired Nighthawk RS300. Text messaging works fine except when dealing with sending/receiving pictures. Will not upload or download. If I turn off her wifi connection, and use the cellular signal, then everything works fine. Phone is completely updated and the router is updated to the latest firmware. I have not started using "Netgear Armor" yet.
Has anyone come across this issue yet?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Smart Connect enabled or disabled?

Firmware is the latest, ending in 038 I believe. It is currently not connected.
I have Glofiber as ISP with a NOKIA Model# XS-010X-Q modem, never had Fiber before so I guess it is the modem.
I am using Ugreen Cat 8 between the modem and the RS300. I don't recall but I do believe smart connect was enabled.
Wondering if you disabled Smart Connect on the RS if that would change anything.
Also try putting this one phones IP address it gets from the router into the routers DMZ. See if picture messages come thru...Disable the DMZ after testing this.

Are you able to test out the device when it's connected to another wi-fi? I have the same issue with my Google Pixel 7 Pro (SIM is part of the T-Mobile network) when I'm at my wifi at work (we use UniFi WAPs there), so I assumed it's an issue with Android/T-Mobile.
- butchjmaTutorIt was fine with the ISP provided router. Just wanted to stop renting from GloFiber. I believe the problem is with the router itself.

That is odd, could be an incorrect setting on the router. Do you have wi-fi calling enabled? Found out that was my issue the whole time, and turning it off fixed the issue with not receiving images.
