Amazon Drive not uploading file that grows over 1G

By accident I found that one of my files that had grown over 1G stopped uploading last month with no notification.  Is there a new file size limit? Currently on 6.10.0

    Hi paulinde

What type of file is that? and how it got that large? Usually files are not copied if they are in use at the time of backup. I don't think there's limit when it comes to upload or even download.

You can send me your NAS logs so we can check if available.

    Regards

I believe there is a limit with Amazon Drive.  Their web interface is limited to about 2 GB, and their sdk is limited to about 50 GB.

StephenB perfectly correct! Beyond, some 3rd party tools fail randomly on files > 1 GB, too.

Looking at log it seems to have happened after firmware update.  File is an Outlook .pst

Would not let me attach log files here in forum.

In general you shouldn't - there is some personal info in the log zip file.

You can attach screen shots, or save a portion of the lot as PDF.  You can also cut/paste sections into a post (the "insert code" feature is a good way to do that).
