An error occurred during search contacts
In Ready Cloud when you click "share" then choose"Full folder Access" >Next> then enter an Email address of a ReadyCloud email - the following message appears while looking up the user account:
Invite New User Error - An error ocurred during search contacts.
Any one know how this happened, I was using the readyclud IOS app for 3 days and now the server cannot be found and this is what happens when i try to make the share again.

Just by coincidence, the same problem happened to me today. I've been using up till today, the ReadyCloud functionality for weeks. The problems started today, when I received a call from someone that I gave access to a share. I logged on with his userid and password, and nothing shows up. This was working fine all last week. The only person that can access ReadyCloud is the Admin account that was setup upon creation.
This is really frustrating. I've turned off and recreated ReadyCloud several times, restarted the ReadyNAS three times and just finished reinstalling the firmware once again (6.4.1). HELP Netgear!!!

Same, everything was working fine and then any one of my cloud users can access to the data, it says that no device was found, when i tried to add an user, it gave me the error during search contacts, and now on ready cloud login, it says that my passwords are incorrect.
