Automatically Connect a Mapped Drive when ReadyCLOUD Logs In
Hi my client has a ReadyNAS 102 which they use for file sharing on Windows computers. They occasionally take their computers out of the office and use the ReadyCLOUD client to work remotely.
When the users move between network locations it seems the shared drive is not automatically reconnected, it gives the error message 'the network connection has not been restored'
The only way they are able to reconnect is by manually disconnecting the shared drive, then re-mapping it. Is there a more user-friendly way to do this?

I suppose you could create a logon script that waits to see that there is a 5.x.x.x connection made, or just waits a typically long enough time, and then maps the drive. But it would be easier to just create a batch file or two that the user can click on to map the drives -- for ReadyCloud access only or one for ReadyCloud and one for local. Just make the mappings non-persistent or do a /delete before the map each time.
ReadyCLOUD client needs time to negotiate VPN connection with your device after Windows booted,so there must be time delay between Windows network drive mounting and ReadyCLOUD device load,so I don't think there is a way to map ReadyNAS share over VPN first before Windows booted and your client has to mount the share outside the office manually.
