AVG Blocking Readycloud access
Hi
I installed a ReadyNAS 31200 for a customer and it is working perfectly within their office.
However when connecting to readycloud I can connect the list of shared folders can be seen, but when you click on the share the spinning wheel comes up but nothing happens, no files are seen.
They are using AVG ZEN Internet security Ver. 16.131.7924 and when you disable the firewall it works ok. i.e. you click on the folder and you see the files.
I have added the readynas remote executable and the readynas remote utils executable to the firewall exceptions but it didn't help.
Can someone tell me if there are any other execuatbles, processes or ports I need to add to the firewall rules to make this work. I don't really want to remove the AVG firewall if I can help it.
Thanks In Advance

Hello bkmessenger
by default AVG has already preconfigured windows file sharing rules,to fix the issue you can add Leafp2p IP address of the NAS to AVG IP whitelist to bypass the traffic directly.
few steps to add Leafp2p IP to whitelist of AVG
1)click "Admin Page" on Windows client ,when web brower is opened, you will see the address on address bar.
2)open AVG and click gear icon>Advanced settings>Expert Mode>Defined Networks>IP address whitelist>add IP.
3)enter Leafp2p IP address into "One IP address".
4)test Windows client.
