Cannot sign into ReadyCloud from hosted server
I have successfully set up syncs to my ReadyNAS from my local network servers, but when I try to login to ReadyCLOUD on a hosted server, I get 'Sorry, we didn't recognize either your email or password. Please try again or create a new account'. However, I can log in successfully anywhere else.
How can I get to sign into ReadyNAS from the hosted server?
