Can't turn on ReadyCloud

In the admin page > Cloud > ReadyCloud, you should see your main account in "signed in as", this should be in an email address format and the same account you use to login to ReadyCloud portal. Also, under Accounts, make sure the email address you registered as myNetgear account is not listed under Users, it should only be under Cloud Users. Please post a screenshot if you can. Hide some part of the email address.

I've done what you said.
Deleted the users with the same address, and there is actually a user in the cloud user tab now... don't know if it changes something...

I see. Then, please go to readycloud.netgear.com and login using the MyNetgear account you used to turn on the ReadyCloud from the admin page.

Yes it's working in the browser view.
And it's kind of working on the android App. Slow as hell but kind of.
So after 6 months of trying. It seems that what I bought might actually work.

I guess you just needed to know how to properly enable the ReadyCloud and integrate your MyNetgear account. It may had some problems somehow because of the migration but I am glad it now works.
