Cannot turn on ReadyCLOUD RN104

I have the same problem, where the ReadyCLOUD button switches back to 'off' everytime I click 'on'

 

Are there instructions on how to update the configuration file and the services config to make the needed changes?

  • icer91 your system was missing the serial number and MAC addresses for the ethernet ports. So I fixed that.

    I also made sure you had the latest version of a config file.
