Cannot turn ReadyCLOUD on (Pro Pioneer)

Hi

I have a Pro Pioneer upgraded to OS6. On 6.2.4 ReadyCLOUD worked completely fine.

I've just upgraded to the latest 6.4.1 beta 3 and I cannot get ReadyCLOUD to toggle to on.

I have tried leaving and re-adding account several times, rebooting in between leaving and re-adding and even a factory reset.

In ReadyCLOUD the device shows under Discover but is offline on the main page.

Every time I try and toggle ReadyCLOUD it comes up with a ReadyDROP warning, saying service depreciated.

Grateful for any advice.

Thanks,

Andy

  • Just as followup....

Skywalker kindly remotely accessed my Pro Pioneer and inputted the correct serial.

It is apparently something that affected very early Pro Pioneers - the serial wasn't correctly inputted in the factory.

    It's all working fine now.

    Kind regards,

    Andy

  • I can confirm the problem is with 6.4.x

Downgraded to 6.2.4 via 6.4.0T112 and factory reset.

    ReadyCLOUD works fine

Ensured leave readyCLOUD done thru GUI, deleted device from ReadyCLOUD itself and all remote settings off in GUI

    Upgraded to 6.4.0 via GUI

    ReadyCLOUD broken as above.

    Please advise.

    Thanks

    Andy
