Pioneer Pro upgraded to OS6 cant connect to readycloud.
I have a pioneer pro upgraded to OS6 (currently 6.10.3) whose serial number matches eth0 causing issues connecting to ReadyCloud. Is there a solution I can implement to get the serial number corrected? The old posts had an admin correct it, can i still get that done? I would like to have this device show up in ReadyCloud with my ReadyNAS 516. Thank you for your reply.

The fix has been applied. Please check if it has the correct serial number now.

Hi rklunder,
We can apply the fix for that. You may take a picture first of the sticker that contains the serial number which is found at the rear panel of the chassis, then send it to me via private message.
